"If a product develops a defect within 14 days after delivery: ●For products made by Toyokuni, If there is an instruction manual for the product, please read it carefully. ■For products ordered from a manufacturer, If there is an instruction manual for the product, please carefully read the trouble shooting section. Please contact the manufacturer’s customer support division, and explain the condition of the product. Depending on the manufacturer, they may offer a direct product exchange, or offer to exchange or repair the product after a visit from a serviceman. ※Please be sure to make note of the name of the person in charge of the defect assessment at the manufacturer. ●For manufacturer products sold by Toyokuni After consulting with the responsible staff member at the manufacturer, if the product is acknowledged as having an initial defect, please contact the Toyokuni customer support department. In such a case, if a product exchange is deemed possible, please send the defective product (be sure to include the product warranty and any product accessories) to Toyokuni cash-on-delivery. ※Please also include a note with the product number and the name of the responsible party at the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that a new product is difficult to obtain, please understand that we will either repair the defective product or grant a reimbursement. Thank you in advance for your understanding. In the situations below, we will handle the defect with product repair. If the product is left unopened or unused, and the problem is detected after 14 days have passed since the delivery date. ※Limited edition products ※Products no longer in production ※Sold out products ※Toyokuni and manufacturer products designated as not subject to exchange for early-stage defects. Items that can’t be handled for early-stage defects: Products ordered from a manufacturer or Toyokuni products that have not been deemed to have an early-stage defect. (Including products that have been damaged or become defective because of customer use) Returned goods that are missing components. (It is necessary to include gift boxes and all accessories when returning a product)"
