When the product we sent has an initial or early-stage defect. ※In the case that a product develops a defect or is damaged because of customer misuse, we will not permit a product return or cancellation. ※If a customer wishes to return a product because it differs from what the customer imagined, we will charge the customer a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the product cost. ※For custom-made products (special orders), high-cost products of ¥100, 000 or more, or imported products, we will not permit a product return so long as there is no factory defect."
