四百年の伝統継承。土佐打和式刃物を三代目、豊国の新作が登場。その名も「海宴刀剣鉈」。本品の「海宴刀剣鉈」はブレード製作技術は、土佐四百年伝承技術【土佐自由鍛造】。豊国にて鍛造されたブレードは「切れ味」「研ぎやすさ」「耐久性」のよさが評判の刃物である。柄【ハンドル】部分の加工には、初代豊国から受け継いだ【日本刀】の柄拵え技術を採用。丈夫さに定評のある樫【かし】柄には、京都西陣織物純綿【じゅんめん】を織り込み日本刀柄巻技法にて、丹念に巻かれ、滑り止めと抜群のフィット感を兼ね備えている逸品である。
